This document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the Victorian Opioid Management ECHO website, at https://echo.pabn.org.au administered by the Hume Area Pharmacotherapy Network, a program of Primary Care Connect.

Primary Care Connect is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Victoria), which set out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

Collection of your personal information

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to the Victorian Opioid Management ECHO education sessions, you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but is not limited to your name, profession, email address, organisation name, telephone number and postcode.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries
