Victorian Opioid Management ECHO – COVID19 Change of Practice Survey


The purpose of this survey is to find out how your professional practice has changed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic including changes to prescribing practice, and other changes to the way we engage with our patients/clients including increased use of telehealth.

The DHHS has recently sent a questionnaire to Pharmacists, GPs, and Nurse Practitioners covering similar territory. We apologize if this is a duplication but we appreciate your views.

How will my responses be used?

The responses to this survey will be used as a starting point for a special ECHO session where we present the findings and then open up for an open discussion of what has worked, what should continue, and what more could be done to improve the provision of OAT as we move into 2021.

Your responses will be confidential and we will not be able to identify individual respondents.
We understand your time is precious so we have kept questions to a minimum with multiple choice answers where appropriate.
